Does DockFlow charge a fee on every booking?
No. DockFlow pricing is built around the operating modules you use, not a percentage of every booking. Payment-processing charges from the payment provider are separate.
What is DockFlow Free for?
Free is intentionally simple: calendar, manual bookings, guest records, capacity and the basic dashboard. It gives a small operator a useful place to organize the day without unlocking the revenue-producing modules.
Can I add one module without moving to a bigger plan?
Yes. Plans are recommended bundles, while modules stay flexible. If an Essential operator needs Fleet, for example, DockFlow can add Fleet without forcing every Operations module into the account.
How do DockFlow Messaging Credits work?
Customer messaging is enabled by plan, while SMS and WhatsApp delivery uses DockFlow Messaging Credits. You buy messaging capacity as you need it instead of paying for an unlimited allowance you may never use.
Can I upgrade as the operation grows?
Yes. DockFlow is designed so the account can start with the calendar and add booking, guest, team, fleet, POS, payroll and reporting capabilities as the operation needs them.
